Biography:

The Finish Line is owned and operated by Doni Langlois. Doni was trained in the field of Interior and Furniture design through The Parson's School of Design and New York Institute of Technology. From 1984 to 1992 she worked as an Interior Decorator and Designer in The Hamptons, NY, both for a known furniture store  as well as for herself in her own design company. Originally from Conroe, Texas  Doni moved home to continue her designing career in the  Woodlands from 1994 - 1996. In '96 the call of owning her own business came once again and creating on the large canvas of interior walls could no longer be denied! The Finish Line was born and has been on the cutting edge of the faux finish industry ever since. Attending at least 2 classes per year in various faux finish techniques and product lines, receiving certifications, and participating in the growing industry conventions is the demanding ongoing education Doni maintains.The certifications include Interior Walls I, II and III and Venetian Plaster. (Through Faux Effects Studios). The schools attended include The Finishing School in New York, Vigini Studios of San Antonio, Pierre Finkelstein's School of Decorative Arts  - New York, and Houston's own Anything But Plain.

Doni's goal is to continue providing her clients with top notch craftsmanship, unique and tasteful finishes, and a lasting business relationship of integrity. With the advent of this next decade of being in business it is  also her goal to add new areas of services such as a line of accessories and furniture and decorative stained concrete.
