Services:

The Finish Line provides decorative painting for most any surface
interior, exterior, residence or business.

This includes ( though not limited to) :

  • Glazing
  • Textures and Plasters
  • Crackles

  • Murals and Trompe L'oeil

  • Floors - painted or decorative concrete

  • Color consultations

General Information:

A one hour free consultation is standard. Additional paint and color consultation can be purchased for $45 per hour.

Custom Samples are created for each project - up to two per area - and are included in the job cost. Samples are created upon an approved estimate. Clients wishing to have samples made prior to commiting to an estimate can do so by giving a $125 per sample deposit. This will include time and materials for up to two samples per area and a follow up consultation meeting.This deposit is later deducted from your project cost if TFL is chosen to complete the work.

Most wall finishes require an acrylic satin finished base coat. This coat is generally required to be done by an outside paint contractor though color will be specified by TFL.

Murals and other Decorative painting require an approved drawing as
well as a color sample. A minimum fee of $100, depending on complexity, 
is charged for the design and drawing for the project. This fee is non-refundable and is payable at the time of contract.

Projects typically require a 50% deposit with the balance due on completion. Larger projects require a deposit and weekly draws.

The products used by TFL are 95% water based, or acrylic or lime based plasters. They are top of the line in the industry so to ensure quality durable finishes that will last until a change is desired. Most products are made in America.

The STUDIO is based in Spring, Texas, and services Northern Harris , Fort Bend and Montgomery counties. An 800 square foot shop allows large canvas projects as well as the ability to accommodate several pieces of furniture.

TFL's  trusted team, while small, is skilled and efficient - with the experience  to handle any job from the smallest piece of furniture to large scale, long term projects.
